At Oasis Training & Consultancy our two directors have over fifty years of experience in the health and social care sector. Whether it's adult services, children and young people, mental health or CAMHS, we have experience working in your sector. We get the pressures and understand your priorities.

Need a critical friend to review your process or ways of working, looking to get everything lined up pre-Ofsted or implementing an improvement plan, we can help.

Risk assessment recording, triangulation to care plans and risk tools are a specialist interest. Whether it's FACE risk tools, Sainsbury Centre for Mental Health Risk tools or Dialog+, we can deliver your training, either direct or train the trainer.

If you need support to make sure your risk assessments all line up with your care or support plans, we can help with that too.

Training and consultancy be delivered in-person or remotely via MS Teams or Zoom.
